Just because I can...

... don't mean I should. At the office,I have been teaching myself the basics of a nine-thousand dollar sewing/embroidery machine. In the user's manual I could find no chapter heading that says "Remember good design principals" Go figger.

Perhaps something that says,"I was stitched on a $9,000 machine." would make any work just seem more valuable somehow! Oh the possibilities for destruction!

do you work with these machines or did you get one? the price of these machines is gettng pretty ridiculous...a really nice house with a half acre sold for only $15,000 a few weeks ago...that i can relate to, but almost ten grade for a sewing machine...nah i rather have more mercerized cotton to dye, more dyes, oh the list goes on and lots and lots of beautiful thread to thread paint with.........

I would like a solid, good embroidery machine, preferably a Viking...but alas, can't see paying that for it...I too, would rather have more fabrics, threads, books, a quilting table (which too are overpriced), etc.

but even if I had access to one, I'd be happy.

the card is very merry!
