Waste not want not.....Love the fact that you used the oats, bugs and all....considering some dyes are made of "bug bits" I think it was a great experiment and love the results .
I have never heard of this technique of using granular materials when dying fabric. I would love to try it, can you give us any details on how it is done or do you have a link to information on the technique?
