Word came this morning that my Dad died at home after a short illness and a long wonderful life. Bless my brother and sisters and all the friends who have been there to help him.

Thinking of you Deb. Sending love and hugs.
My dad did the same 'fudging'...and told the Navy he could swim!
May you hold your dad's love and stories close for a long long time.
Seems like you just lost your Mom, not so long ago. I am so sorry to read about your Dad now. Take care--
sending many hugz and much love your way to comfort. I know you have many wonderful memories of this interesting and caring man as your father...and I just bet he was one FOXY man...remember the wonderful things he did for you and with you during your life with him as your DAD...those moments should make you smile as your remember...

A new time now in your life. My sincere sympathy for the loss. These changes in our relational constants, I know, are deeply personal shifts. May you have many comforts and many true friends for this one.
Michelle
