They DO come in my size (!) and in the original heel height, I mean these are cute but a fall from this height and just shoot me. Lessee, Neiman-Marcus, etc. Oh sure-the day I pay $178.00 for a pair of shoes will be the friggin' Rapture. For years I bought a similar style (but flat on the ground) from Rockport and then they discontinued it . Give them about a week to retool. heh, heh, heh.

for me this is sooo vintage...i had these exact same shoes in this colour and in white and purchased them for less than 15 bucks a pair.
These shoes make me smile. I owned a similar pair in the mid-70's, bought another pair in the late 80's. For me, they are nostalgic feel-good shoes ... and I'll likely keep buying them as long as someone keeps bringing them back.
Had them and wore them (in spite of being nearly six feet tall in barefeet) in the '70's. Too cool. Now my mended broken ankle (not from the shoes!) just aches at the thought.
