The navy blue piece at the top is a commercial print.
The large,crazed piece was a table mopper - a piece
of fabric that I use and reuse through one or more
dye sessions, cleaning up as I go. These pieces often
turn out amazing.

I'm finidng a dark little fishing boat bobbing along in the harbor with the lights of the town glaring off of the water, and fireworks and stars in teh sky above... somewhere in the Orient perhaps?

The colors are so striking and rich. What color/s were the base?
It has such a dotty delicious mood to it. I am a sucker for all those colors together. It makes me want to sing and dance!
